Supplier Affiliate Agreement

This Supplier Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) forms part of the PAIGOS Supplier Terms of Service last updated on April 22, 2026 (the “Supplier Terms of Service”) and is subject to the terms and conditions therein, and governs certain terms related to participation in the PAIGOS platform (“PAIGOS,” “Platform,” “Service”) as a Supplier. 

By agreeing to the Supplier Terms of Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Supplier Terms of Service, the terms of the Supplier Terms of Service will prevail.

1. Overview

Who Is a Supplier

A Supplier (“you”) is an individual or business that creates and sells travel packages on PAIGOS.

What this Agreement Covers

This Agreement explains the compensation you earn based on:

  • Bookings made using your affiliate link; and 

  • Bookings made through suppliers or influencers that you refer to PAIGOS.

2. Payments, Fees & Commissions

Payments for Bookings Through Affiliate Link 

You earn commissions on a per-booking basis for bookings made through your affiliate link. 

  • Commissions are earned at a rate of three percent (3%) of the PAIGOS service fee applied to each completed booking made through your affiliate link

  • Commissions are earned only after a traveler’s booking is completed, payment is successfully captured, and the applicable holding period has passed in accordance with PAIGOS policies

  • These commissions are paid by PAIGOS and do not reduce or impact supplier earnings or payouts related to the booking

  • For clarity, affiliate commissions are calculated based solely on the PAIGOS service fee and not the total booking value

  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes and reporting obligations related to your earnings

  • Earnings accumulate on a monthly basis and are paid out the following month, provided total earnings meet or exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00)

  • Earnings below the minimum payout threshold will roll over to the next payout period until the threshold is met

Payments for Bookings from Referred Vendors

You earn commissions on a per-booking basis for bookings made by suppliers and influencers that you refer to PAIGOS.

  • Commissions are earned at a rate of three percent (3%) of the total booking value for each eligible booking

  • Commissions apply to bookings made by referred suppliers or influencers during a period of three (3) months

  • The commission period begins only after the referred supplier or influencer completes their first booking on the Platform

  • Commissions are earned only after a traveler’s booking is completed, payment is successfully captured, and the applicable holding period has passed in accordance with PAIGOS policies

  • These commissions are paid by PAIGOS and do not reduce or impact supplier, influencer, or partner earnings

  • For clarity, referral commissions are calculated based on the total booking value and are funded from PAIGOS’s service fee

  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes and reporting obligations related to your earnings

  • Earnings accumulate on a monthly basis and are paid out the following month, provided total earnings meet or exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00)

  • Earnings below the minimum payout threshold will roll over to the next payout period until the threshold is met
