The Name PAIGOS

  • PAIGOS was born from a simple question:
    What do people really want travel to feel like?

    The answer came up again and again; They want it to be easy. Seamless. Effortless. They want to Pay and Go.

    That idea became our mantra. “Pay and go. Pay and go.” A rhythm that captured the future of travel, simple, direct, and frictionless.

    From there, the name began to take shape. We started by blending the sound and spirit of “pay and go” into something more fluid, something that felt like movement. Then we drew inspiration from classical roots we’ve always appreciated, Greek mythology, and the Latin language.

    • In Latin, “pagar” and its forms relate to payment

    • In Greek influence, names like Pegasus evoke motion, freedom, and journey

    By combining these ideas, we arrived at PAIGO, a name that reflects both action and possibility.

    It represents a world where travel is no longer complicated or fragmented, but intuitive, accessible, and ready when you are.

As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of PAIGOS, he leads the platform’s engineering, architecture, and technical strategy, building the infrastructure that powers a seamless global travel commerce experience.

    With a background in Business Information Management and a Master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Josh specializes in developing scalable, user-focused solutions that simplify complex systems. He is at the forefront of integrating emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance discovery, usability, and performance across the platform.

    His work ensures that PAIGOS delivers a reliable, intuitive, and scalable experience for suppliers, creators, and travelers worldwide.

    As Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of PAIGOS, Arjean leads the company’s vision, partnerships, and ecosystem development—shaping a platform that connects suppliers, creators, affiliates, and travelers in one seamless travel commerce experience.

    Growing up in an environment where travel felt out of reach, Arjean experienced how access to the world can transform perspective and opportunity. That experience drives his mission to make travel more accessible, inclusive, and empowering—so more people can explore the world on their own terms.
