Collective Travel

Coordinated Community Travel

What is Collective Travel on PAIGOS?

Collective Travel is PAIGOS' travel infrastructure for communities, organizations, and experiences. Whether you're hosting a summit, retreat, conference, creator trip, alumni gathering, destination wedding, or corporate offsite, Collective Travel provides the tools to coordinate travel at scale while giving attendees the flexibility to book and manage their own experience. By combining accommodations, transportation, experiences, communication, and live itinerary management into one centralized ecosystem, PAIGOS makes it easier for communities to travel together.

How it works

  • Create a customized Collective Travel experience tailored to your community. Whether managed by your internal team, a travel professional, or a combination of all three, the experience can include accommodations, transportation, excursions, event access, itineraries, VIP experiences, and multiple travel tracks—all organized in a single centralized package.

  • Once your experience is ready, share it with attendees through a public, private, invite-only, or unlisted package link. Community members can explore accommodations, pricing, itineraries, event details, and available package options before choosing the experience that best fits their needs.

  • Attendees independently book and manage their own travel experience while remaining connected to the larger group. Travelers can select package variations, choose upgrades, make payments, and access available payment plan options, eliminating the need for organizers to manually collect payments or manage reservations.

  • After booking, attendees join a centralized travel cohort that provides live itinerary updates, announcements, transportation information, event details, and host communications. This creates a seamless experience before, during, and after travel, keeping everyone informed, connected, and coordinated in one place.
