Basic Affiliate Agreement

Last Updated: April 22, 2026

This Basic Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your participation on the PAIGOS platform (“PAIGOS,” “Platform,” or “Service”) as a Basic Affiliate.

1. Overview

Who Is a Basic Affiliate

A Basic Affiliate (“you”) is an individual or business with no commercial relationship with PAIGOS as an influencer or supplier, that earns commissions through bookings of travel packages listed on the Platform made using your affiliate link and through bookings made by influencers and suppliers that you refer to PAIGOS.

Age & Authority

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Creation & Onboarding

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. All activity under your account is deemed authorized unless you notify PAIGOS of suspected unauthorized use.

Accurate Information

All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. PAIGOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

3. Marketing & Promotions

Basic Affiliate Communications

You may promote Packages through:

  • Personal or business websites

  • Personal or business social media channels

  • Other approved marketing outlets

Where required by law or Platform policy, you must disclose your role as a paid vendor. You agree to comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws (including FTC guidelines).

Use of AI Tools

PAIGOS may use AI tools to assist with drafting or distributing marketing templates. You remain fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of all final content you publish or share.

Marketing Materials License

By providing marketing materials (images, copy, branding assets), you grant PAIGOS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute those materials in connection with operating and marketing the Platform.

4. Payments, Fees & Commissions

Transaction Processing

  • PAIGOS or its third-party payment processor handles traveler payments and refunds

  • You agree to comply with payment processor requirements, including providing tax documentation

Payments for Bookings Through Affiliate Link

You earn commissions on a per-booking basis for bookings made through your affiliate link.

  • Commissions are earned at a rate of three percent (3%) of the PAIGOS service fee applied to each completed booking made through your affiliate link

  • Commissions are earned only after a traveler’s booking is completed, payment is successfully captured, and the booking is not cancelled or refunded within seventy-two (72) hours of the original booking date

  • These commissions are paid by PAIGOS and do not reduce or impact supplier, influencer, or partner earnings

  • For clarity, affiliate commissions are calculated based solely on the PAIGOS service fee and not the total booking value

  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes and reporting obligations related to your earnings

  • Earnings accumulate on a monthly basis and are paid out the following month, provided total earnings meet or exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00)

  • Earnings below the minimum payout threshold will roll over to the next payout period until the threshold is met

Payments for Bookings Through Referred Vendors

You earn commissions on a per-booking basis for bookings made by suppliers and influencers that you refer to PAIGOS.

  • Commissions are earned at a rate of three percent (3%) of the total booking value for each eligible booking

  • Commissions apply to bookings made by referred suppliers or influencers during a period of three (3) months

  • The commission period begins only after the referred supplier or influencer completes their first booking on the Platform

  • For clarity, referral commissions are calculated based on the total booking value and are funded from PAIGOS’s service fee
